I understand that by making appointments, I am reserving a specific time slot that my therapist has guaranteed is mine and mine alone. 

• If I arrive to my appointment late, the massage will end at the scheduled time causing it to be a shorter session to provide quality service for other clients.

• If I choose to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, I am responsible for paying the 50% Cancellation Fee before I am allowed to schedule my next appointment.  Exceptions are up to the therapist's discretion.

• If I neglect to appear for my massage without notifying my therapist, I am responsible for paying the 100% No Show Fee before I am allowed to schedule my next appointment.  Clients have a limit of 2 No Show allowances.
